银耳用水浸泡3小时以上(最好一晚)剪去根部洗干净备用。

在汤锅中准备2-2.5升的凉水,把银耳倒入锅中大火烧开后转小火煮1小时。

银耳煮1小时后把莲子和红枣倒入锅内小火继续煮1小时。
